Argent Decor was formed to assist out-of-town and busy home buyers tastefully furnish their homes, condos and vacation properties. We firmly believe that just because it is a second- or vacation home, doesn't mean it should be furnished as an afterthought!
Our services are designed to deliver your home in “Turn-Key” Condition – meaning everything you will need is already installed. It’s all in our attention to detail – we don’t turn over your home until WE would be ready to move in. This means installation of cleaning and paper products, washed and dried bedding, décor items, etc.
ALL of our furniture and décor pieces are BRAND NEW – we don’t purchase items
from estate sales or simply re-cover used furniture.
The same goes for furniture used in Home Staging for sale - including Model Home Furnishing - we only use new pieces, and we do it all! This ensures you have contemporary furniture pieces - not hodge-podge, damaged pieces that have been warehoused and shuffled around for the past 10+ years!
How do we furnish an entire home so affordably? We have established relationships with vendors to obtain stock at wholesale. Some of our vendors include A.R.T. Furniture, Artisan Home Furniture, Pulaski Furniture, Homelegance, Classic Home, Soflex Express, Sunny Designs, AZ Tuscan Furniture, Coaster Furniture, Klaussner Furniture, Ashley Furniture, Horizon Home, Lifestyle Solutions, Silkroute, Wallbeds!, Allstate Floral, IMAX Worldwide Imports and UMA Enterprises. While not every vendor listed above is used in every install, it is helpful to have them - and their on-line catalogs - at our disposal.
We are AHS (Accredited Home-Staging Specialist) Certified and have over a decade of experience in home-staging. We also have MLS lockbox access and can preview your property to assess its needs, pros and cons.
Our turn-around time is typically within 14 days from completed agreement. Special Requests may affect the delivery date.
A la carte options are available for leather furnishings, sofa beds, or anything else your heart desires! We can also customize a package or even create one if you have something else in mind - the packages are merely templates to be used as a starting point. We want you to be happy with the outcome and enjoy your furnished Phoenix home or condo!
Argent Decor's furnishing and decorating services are available in the greater Phoenix / Maricopa County area, including but not limited to: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Desert Ridge, Carefree, Cave Creek, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Gold Canyon, Ahwatukee, Peoria, Surprise, Arrowhead, Sun City, Glendale, Avondale, Buckeye, Palm Valley and Goodyear. Pinal County (Maricopa, Queen Creek, Florence, San Tan Valley, Casa Grande) and properties west of the I-17 will have a small fuel surcharge added.
We will travel within Arizona (Payson, Prescott, Pine, Flagstaff, Sedona, Tucson, Cottonwood, Showlow, etc), to Southern California, Central California, and Southern Nevada for a travel stipend. For other areas, please ask!
