Home Staging Options and Pricing
Argent offers many options for home staging, ranging from a basic monthly "rental" of furnishings and decor items, up to a full install complete with real electronics, cookware, etc - essentially, a fully-furnished home!
In some cases, the cost can be deducted - please consult your tax professional.
Here are basic guidelines, although we would prefer to tour your home
and to put together a custom package for your situation!

**PLEASE REMEMBER: ALL of our furnishings are purchased NEW for home staging! We do NOT purchase used furniture or simply re-cover old furnishings!**
BASIC HOME STAGING PACKAGE - RENTAL
Includes:
- 6 areas furnished - Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Patio.
- Sofa, loveseat, occasional tables; Dining table and chairs; Queen bed/headboard, dresser, nightstand. Patio chairs and side table. Faux TVs/electronics. Bedding and bath linens. Decor items including wall hangings, artificial greenery, knick-knacks, art, tableware, etc.
Installation cost: $1495.00* (includes first months' rent)
Monthly rent: $995.00*
A LA CARTE OPTIONS:
- Accent paint - cost varies based on sq ft and color; from $200
- Real electronics - custom price
- Additional Bedrooms - $350* each at install; $150* per month
- Additional Bathrooms - $25* each at install; $10* per month
BASIC HOME STAGING PACKAGE - SALEIncludes the same items as the rental package, but they transfer with the property. This is a great way to offer a partially-furnished home, thus allowing your property to be marketed for sale and/or lease, increasing your exposure!
Installation and furnishings cost - $8,495.00**
A LA CARTE OPTIONS:- Accent paint - cost varies based on sq ft and color; from $200

- Additional Queen Bedrooms - $1,695.00**

DELUXE HOME STAGING PACKAGE - SALEWant to draw from the largest possible pool of potential buyers? Offer your home for sale
AND for lease/purchase! In Phoenix, rental homes command high-dollar if they are furnished in the winter ("in season"). By selecting a "Deluxe" package, you can offer your property as a furnished rental, furnished lease/purchase home, or furnished home for sale!
A Deluxe package includes everything in a Basic package, PLUS:
- Cookware and serviceware
- 32" LCD TV in Living Room
- 26" LCD TV in Master Bedroom
- DVD player in Living and Master
- Stereo system
- Luxury sheet set(s)
- Patio table and four chairs
Installation and furnishings cost: $9,995.00**
A LA CARTE OPTIONS:- Accent paint - cost varies on sq ft and color - from $200
- Upgraded electronics - custom price
- Additional Queen bedroom, with 19" TV, DVD player, Bed/mattress, dresser, nightstand, linens - $2195.00**
- Additional Bathroom - $195.00**
