Argent Decor

"Home Staging" is the process of furnishing an empty home - or altering the decor of a furnished home - to improve the likelihood of it selling.  Home Builders "stage" their Model Homes to showcase the features and livability of the floor plan, for example.

Argent focuses on furnishing vacant homes or model homes; there are countless homes and condos for sale in the Phoenix area that are EMPTY - maybe they were investments, rentals, or the seller has already moved into their new home.

For whatever reason the home is empty, the result is the same - there is no depth; no warmth.  This makes it difficult for most buyers to visualize themselves living here, and
detracts from the overall feel of the home.  Rooms may feel smaller than they actually are; features like built-in bookcases aren't fully appreciated; upgrades may be overlooked. 

By adding even a trivial amount of furnishings and decor items, a home can truly come to life!  The addition of color and depth make all the difference in the presentation of a home.
