BLINDS/WINDOW TREATMENTS:
Bought a re-sale home with old, dated blinds? Bought a new home that did not include blinds? Not a problem! Argent Decor can arrange to have any blinds or window treatments you desire installed! We have a relationship with a blind, roman shade, and cellular shade distributor locally and can get fantastic prices for our clients AND install them! Custom valances, cornices, and more are also available!INTERIOR PAINT:
Accent walls are a fantastic way to add a splash of color to an otherwise "vanilla" room! Just look at the "Before" on the left, and "After" photos from two Tempe Northshore units! Allow us to coordinate an accent wall in your home to pull it all together! Pricing from $200. Full and partial interior painting also available.
CABINET PAINTING:
Love the "Pottery Barn" furniture look, but don't want to break the bank replacing cabinets? We have successfully crafted a finish to get the rich effect without the expense, mess and wait associated with cabinet replacement. While we are refinishing your cabinets, would you like to update your Kitchen or Bath with new cabinet hardware....? Just let us know! Custom pricing.VANITY FRAMING:
Old, chipped-up vanity mirrors? Don't pay to replace them; have Argent Decor build a rich frame for them! The current trend is framed mirrors over vanities; when Argent builds a frame, we can cover any wear on your existing mirror and finish the frame to match your cabinets - looks stellar with Cabinet Painting, above.APPLIANCE PURCHASING/INSTALLATION:
Purchased a home that needs a clothes washer, dryer, refrigerator, or other appliances? We'd be happy to coordinate having them installed! Let us know what colors, features and styles you prefer, and we'll send over options for your approval. We'll then purchase them and arrange for delivery, where we will accept them on your behalf.
BUILDER WALK-THROUGH:
Having your new home built, but can't make a trip out for the walk-through? Sharon worked for new home builders for 8 years and knows all the ins and outs of walk throughs - what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to work with field superintendents. Rates are $50/hr including travel time from Scottsdale.
We also have subcontractors available for general tasks, such as replacing light or plumbing fixtures, installing ceiling fans, etc - just ask!
