Vacant Home Staging WORKS! San Tan Valley Home sold in 4 days ABOVE market!
Well, we did it again....!
I blogged before about "Decor Only" Staging Vacant homes for a family of investors in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley AZ. The first one we staged for them sold in 3 days for $97,000 - it was listed at $97,900. Click the link above for all the details/stats!
They had us back to do a second one, which sold in 4 days! They are in the 
inspection period now. Based on the Days On Market, I have to think that again, it is selling for close to list price - which is roughly $23k above market!
The 3rd home is still listed; it's at 8 DOM. I am not panicking *yet* ;)
Just got off the phone with the uncle/client; he'll have us out to do a 4th one for them this weekend!
This just goes to prove, STAGING WORKS! We are putting in decor only - no furniture - in the Living, Dining, Master, 1 secondary bedroom, and 2 baths only - but it has such a HUGE impact for buyers!
