If you have been following our blog, you know we have been staging vacant homes for a family of "Flippers" in Santan Valley/Queen Creek, AZ. 

Our latest install went to "pending" in TWO days!  Yes, that's right - 2 days, signed, sealed, delivered, it's sold!

To keep costs down for these investors, we have been doing "decor only" staging packages - this allows us to turn around an install with 1 days' notice (although we'd love more....!) and about 2 hrs in the home. 

The end result adds color, makes rooms "pop" and makes the home memorable - there are literally THOUSANDS of homes just like this in Queen Creek / Santan Valley AZ that are blah - bank-owned or short sales that are vacant, vanilla, and not at all interesting.  Add on top of that, dirty and/or trashed....
