If you've been following our blog, you know that we've been "Decor Only" (no furniture) staging vacant homes for "Flipper" clients of ours.
The first home went under contract in 3 days; the 2nd, in 4. We just checked, and the 3rd one took a bit longer - and by "longer", I mean 10 days!
All these homes are in San Tan Valley/Queen Creek, AZ - an area that is over-saturated with bank-owneds and short sales. By cleaning and freshening them up, these flippers are selling them for above-market value in DAYS. Having us in to stage them makes them memorable and adds some color!
