Argent Decor

Today, we will pick up the key to our biggest challenge to date:  4400 sq ft, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 living/2 dining areas, office & loft vacation home in Gilbert, AZ.  This is 600 sf larger than the biggest home we've furnished so far, plus it has 19 pieces of patio furniture, 27 blinds, and A/V contractors to coordinate with. 

In and of itself, that's a LOT of work - but compound it with the fact that the owners arrive on Monday, and their wood furniture is somewhere in the middle of the Pacific right now....and I can feel the ulcers forming!

These clients selected a "Tuscan Sun" vacation home furnishing package - the wood furniture is solid rosewood, hand-carved in India, so it takes 16-20 weeks to get here.  Their closing date was moved up by nearly a month; the furniture is expected into Long Beach any day now, but I'm still sweating it!  The good news is, we have a full container of the furniture en route - about 250 pieces - so once it arrives, we will be able to turn out Tuscan Sun packages as quickly as the rest!

I can't wait to share photos of this beautiful home once we have it furnished; it's going to look amazing!  (I, on the other hand, will look like I've been hit by a bus....)
