Tempe condo fully furnished for a college student - SMART parents!
We've long been advocates of parents purchasing homes or condos when they have children attending college here in the Phoenix area. Why pay outrageous dorm rates, or pay someone else's mortgage....?!?! Get a place for your kid, build equity, gain tax benefits, and make them get a room mate and you may just cash flow it!
Sabrina's smart parents did just that - they found a 2/2 condo in Tempe that was recently remodeled/converted. Granite counters, stainless appliances, even washer/dryer were there! Cost: $84,000. SERIOUSLY.
The whole family was in town this week, and I had the pleasure of meeting them - they absolutely LOVED the install, and were so thankful the condo was ready for Sabrina - they didn't have to run all over town shopping, wait for deliveries, hoping everything would fit.....
