Our container of "Tuscan Sun" furniture has arrived!
YAY!!!! Our container of hand-carved rosewood furniture has FINALLY arrived!We ordered it back in JULY; it takes awhile to make 241 pieces by hand....in India....then ship them here......
We had movers from Southwest Movers slated for 3PM when the truck was due - but the truck came early! So the photo is of my dad and my husband, when the container was first opened.....8' x 8' x 53' FULL! The entire container was packed that high and that tight! THANKFULLY, our crew of professional movers were on-time and jammed it out!
Our first order to go out departs on Monday for a Vacation Home in SE Gilbert. 39 of our pieces will go there; we can't wait to unwrap them! It's kind of like Christmas for me. ;)
The best part of ordering the container is that we now know FOR SURE what pieces we can get, and when - I can just reference our inventory, rather than being at the mercy of the distributor.
