We have been working with a family of investors on staging some of their vacant "flip" homes.  All of them are in Queen Creek/San Tan Valley, a community about 45 mins outside of Phoenix.  There are GREAT values to be found; it's not uncommon to find a 3/2, 1400sf home that is 5 or less years old for $50-60k.  Most will need some work - paint, carpet at least - but for the right investor, the ...
