We delivered this beautiful bedroom set by Artisan Home Furniture yesterday to some Vacation Home Owners at Bella Monte, in Desert Ridge. 

The client - who lives in Georgia - saw the set ("Kingman") on-line, and googled around to find the best price.  She found it locally at a store in Cave Creek, AZ - but they wanted DOUBLE what we charge - for the EXACT same pieces!

Well, it's been 10 days since we received our container of 241 "Tuscan Sun" furniture pieces, and already we have sold 69 of them - or almost 29%!  It is moving EXTREMELY fast and we are so pleased with the response so far!

YAY!!!!  Our container of hand-carved rosewood furniture has FINALLY arrived!

We ordered it back in JULY; it takes awhile to make 241 pieces by hand....in India....then ship them here......

We had movers from Southwest Movers slated for 3PM when the truck was due - but the truck came early!  So the photo is of my dad and my husband, when the container was first opened.....8' x 8' x 53' FULL ...

We are expecting a container-full (approximately 250 pieces!) of furniture from the "Tuscan Sun" package any day now!

We had had some challenges getting the furniture in a timely fashion - if something was not in stock in the warehouse, we were having to wait for the next shipment.  Once an order is placed, it takes about 20 weeks to arrive in the US - remember, this is not mass-prod ...

GREAT news on our side project, AZTuscanFurniture.com!

The container of furniture has boarded the mothership and departed Hong Kong as of yesterday!

This means we expect it into Long Beach, through Customs, and into our inventory before the end of the year - YAY!

Our first sale is 35 pieces to a large vacation home in south-east Gilbert, with 2 other full-home sales pending - the furniture ...

We are expecting our first shipment of furniture to arrive in Tempe before the end of the year; all pieces are solid, hand-carved rosewood, so it takes about 16-20 weeks to produce and ship ...

We've been working behind the scenes for some time now, building a sister-site to Argent Decor!

The new website will feature furniture from our "Tuscan Sun" line, available individually - we expect a container of the furniture to arrive from India near the end of 2010.  This will allow us to offer the Tuscan packages MUCH faster than current times of 12-16 weeks - great news!
